Product Description

The compression pallet machine mainly uses waste wood, sawdust, shavings and straw as raw materials to produce formed pallets. These raw materials are common in life and easy to obtain. The compressed wood pallet machine has a very simple structure and is easy to operate. It can produce various types of wood chip molded pallets. The mold is the core part of the machine. By customizing different molds, the hydraulic pallet machine can produce molded pallets of various specifications. Customers can choose the appropriate molded wood pallet machine according to their needs.

Molded pallets are pallet products that are mixed with plant fiber and environmentally friendly synthetic resin and formed in the next step of high temperature and high pressure through a compression pallet machine. The regular size of our pallets is 1200x1200mm.

Pallets smaller than this size can be produced by our standard compression palletizing machine. If larger than this size, our molded pallet machine will need to be customized to meet the needs.

The pallets produced have smooth and flat surfaces, are light in weight, have high carrying capacity, are not deformed, are resistant to damage, do not require cooking and fumigation, are space-saving, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and are suitable for the transportation of various commodities.
