This continuous dryer is an all-in-one machine. It is easy to install and can be used with just wiring.

Make sure that the four load-bearing feet are in complete contact with the ground. If the ground is uneven, it needs to be leveled. Before use, be sure to check whether the line is firm, equip it with an adapted national standard high-temperature resistant incoming line, add gear oil to the reducer, and apply butter to the front supporting wheel and rear gear.

During operation, rotate the barrel first and then feed materials to avoid heavy machine startup; when discharging materials, stop the main machine first and wait until it is completely stationary before reversing the direction.

When drying, set the temperature as needed, observe the material condition, and turn on the dehumidifier at the appropriate time.

The host needs to be preheated on the day of first use.

This equipment is efficient and stable, can operate continuously, and effectively improves drying efficiency.
