This dryer adopts an all-in-one design and is easy to install. You only need to complete the wiring before it can operate.
Make sure that the four load-bearing feet are in full contact with the ground. If the ground is uneven, it needs to be leveled.
Before use, carefully check the line connections, equip the appropriate national standard high-temperature resistant incoming wires, fill the reducer with gear oil, and apply butter to the front roller and rear gear.
In terms of operation, rotate the barrel first and then feed the material to avoid a heavy machine start; stop the rotation of the main machine before discharging the material, and then reverse the rotation after it is completely stationary.
When drying, use a burner to heat, control the temperature as needed, observe the material status, and turn on the dehumidifier fan at the right time.
Daily maintenance of apertures, tugs and other components is required.
This equipment can adapt to a variety of heat sources, is efficient and reliable, can meet different drying needs, and is a powerful assistant in improving production efficiency.
